50 years ago in 1964 J.E. O’Brien & Sons Ltd. was established. Today as O’Brien Ingredients, we deliver to bakery customers in every county on the Island of Ireland constantly striving to be the bakery partner of choice for our customers.

Cork, ‘the food capital of Ireland’, was the location for our 2014 Bakery Roadshow. The iconic Midleton Distillery, famed internationally for its Whiskey and admired by domestic and international visitors alike for its outstanding setting in the centre of Midleton, provided a unique backdrop and the perfect ambiance and history to our event.

Our bakery day entitled ‘The Spirit of Irish Baking’ was designed to showcase the comprehensive range of products and services available to our customers, to introduce new bakery lines and to inspire new ideas, so our customers can grow from strength to strength. Our team of in-house bakers, barista, sales and commercial teams were on hand to make the day as enjoyable and beneficial as possible.
